Processing Timeline

Concept box & Kids Box:

The WA items are collected from local Japanese stores and studios. We always strive to fulfill your order as soon as possible. Please note that we allow ourselves five business days for curating your box before we ship it out.
We are a small team, so we appreciate your patience, and promise it will be worth the wait! Please don't hesitate to reach out if you are concerned about an order reaching you by a certain date.  

WA Seasonal box:  

WA boxes are delivered once every three months to coincide with the change in seasons (April, July, October and January).
The first Seasonal boxes will be shipped at October 2020.

International Shipping

All international packages are shipped via DHL Worldwide. DHL service is Fast and reliable. Delivery dates are usually 3-6 days, but may depend on the pace with which they are processed through customs. 

We offer discount rates for international shipments. The cost is calculated at checkout.

You will receive an email with your package’s tracking number once your order has shipped from our studio.

Domestic Shipping

Domestic shipments inside Japan will be shipped with Japan post and cost a flat fee of $10. Delivery dates are usually 2-5 days after shipping.

International Duties and Taxes

WA BOXES is not responsible for the payment of duties and taxes imposed by the country where the order is delivered.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages, so we highly recommend using a delivery address that is secure. 

Return policy

If you are unhappy with your WA Boxes, we can offer site credit or a gift card in exchange for your return within 20 days of the arrival of your box. 
We are not able to provide Return Labels for International Customers. 
Shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.

 An email notification would be most appreciated, and will help speed up your credit as well.

When returning a package, you MUST remove all labels from the box and mark it "returned goods" (on a label provided by the post, or simply written on the box). If not thus marked, the package will likely be delayed by customs when incoming, and we may not be able to retrieve it and send you a refund.
Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and in their original packages, to protect them on their way.
